Ms. Sawhney leads Starlight Advisory and brings decades of strategy, operations management, and M&A experience spanning Fortune 1000 corporations as well as privately owned middle market businesses. 

Ms. Sawhney has deep functional expertise in evaluating and executing organic and M&A driven growth opportunities including white space assessments, target identification, financial and operational diligence, deal execution and integration management. She successfully supported / and or led origination, target assessment, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence and documentation for several acquisitions and divestitures. and has broad strategy and project management experience spanning business consolidation and reorganization, manufacturing capacity optimization, outsourcing of key business processes and capital investment initiatives. 

Ms. Sawhney also has transactional experience in buy-side investment management for a leading P&C insurer and execution of over 30 M&A and valuation advisory engagements for a leading global middle market investment bank. 

Ms. Sawhney's earned her MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and an engineering undergraduate from College of Engineering, Pune, India. She is also a CFA charter holder.
