Ashwini brings deep expertise in Strategy, Operations, and Finance, with a proven track record of driving value across global corporations, private equity–backed businesses, and middle-market companies. She has led growth initiatives through both organic strategies and strategic M&A, with hands-on experience across the full deal lifecycle—from white space analysis and target sourcing to due diligence, execution, and post-merger integration.

Her broader strategic and operational experience includes business consolidation, organizational restructuring, manufacturing footprint optimization, outsourcing, process simplification, inventory and supply chain management, and capital investment planning. Ashwini’s results-driven approach is shaped by direct transactional experience in buy-side investment management and the execution of numerous M&A and financial advisory engagements, spanning both large corporates and lower middle-market enterprises.

Ashwini holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the College of Engineering, Pune. She is also a CFA charterholder.
