Ashwini Sawhney, CFA
Ms. Sawhney brings extensive experience in corporate strategy, operations management, and M&A, spanning Fortune 1000 corporations as well as private equity owned middle market businesses.
Ms. Sawhney offers functional expertise in driving growth through organic initiatives as well as strategic M&A. Her capabilities span the entire deal lifecycle, from initial white space assessment, target identification, and sourcing through financial and operational due diligence, deal execution, and effective integration management. Additionally, her broad strategic and operations experience includes business consolidation, right sizing and reorganization, manufacturing capacity optimization, outsourcing, business process simplification, inventory and supply chain management, and capital investments.
Ms. Sawhney brings a results-oriented approach to investing and advisory engagements, informed by her direct transactional experience in buy-side investment management and the execution of several M&A and valuation advisory deals for a middle-market investment bank.
Ms. Sawhney earned her MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and an engineering undergraduate from College of Engineering, Pune, India. She is also a CFA charter holder.
